The staff is super nice and they helped us with everything we needed. We wanted to have some noodles in a small house just in front of the hotel and they even came to make sure we understood everything written on the board. They also booked a taxi to go to the airport. Thank you guys!!

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Soon after booking we received a helpful communication pack with offers of trips from the hotel. These were fairly priced so we booked a HaLong bay trip in advance of arrival which included a complimentary airport pickup. This was most welcome after a long journey from Manchester.

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
This hotel is excellent, the staff was super helpful, especially Jolie, who went out of her way to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.! Totally recommend 5*******

The Oriental Jade Hotel
The service was impeccable from the check-in bHowever we had disrupted sleep staying in the Ruby Room (which faced the road) as renovations went on till early in the morning. The hotel staff were sympathetic and offered to move us to another room. They also arranged for a complimentary airport ...
