Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2
The property is in a perfect location , a short walk to many main attractions of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me find my way and arrange taxis etc during my stay . Would highly recommend the Royal Palace Hotel to anyone . I felt safe and comfortable

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
This hotel is excellent, the staff was super helpful, especially Jolie, who went out of her way to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.! Totally recommend 5*******

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Soon after booking we received a helpful communication pack with offers of trips from the hotel. These were fairly priced so we booked a HaLong bay trip in advance of arrival which included a complimentary airport pickup. This was most welcome after a long journey from Manchester.
