Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Hangzhou

"Tip top cleanliness, the staff are all so warm and polite, they offered free hot drinks at the lobby all day long and midnight hot porridge. They even have free laundry service that deliver to your doorstep. Everything is good here, service is good and they even have all kind of aminities that if free at lobby for you. I'll definitely visit here again next time. "

"Hotel exterior is beautiful but the guest room needs some desperate renewal. In our room - the carpet looks dirty, stains on the wall, mold behind sink. The shower room cannot closed properly so water are spilled on the outside floor without a mat. Somehow even the shower head didn’t mixed the hot and cold water well so I had momentarily totally hot or cold water. The mattress is also problematic. "Good Service, Friendly staff"

"Albergo pulito nuovo con colazione a buffet buona"

"Hotel room was a little dusty. Bathroom glass panel was also shattered :( Did not feel like it was safe having my kids there"

"Service is good. Most staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Great Hotel with the best view of the city."

The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

"Very nice stay. Booked a delux room and upgraded to a suite. Room was decorated with the topic of tea and nice view to the river. Breakfast was quite luxury with many choices of Chinese food such as noodle, dumpling, many dishes and so on. And also western traditional breakfast "
