"The hotel’s location is really unfortunate-right by an onramp to the highway. The car noise was incredibly loud in the room -deafeningly so. Within 1 hour of our arrival I called down to ask if there were other, quieter rooms. Rather than tell me there weren’t, the person at the front desk said I had been in the room too long to change it. I said that shouldn’t matter, and then she said there weren’t no alternative rooms. I doubt she was being truthful. I wouldn’t stay there again!"

"Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton."

"We were pretty disappointed with our stay in Canton. The hotel was under renovation, which I get is important but there was no place out front to park to check in. Our room had gum stuck to the carpet and the TV did not work."

"The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked...

"5 days stay for an event. Requested enough towels for the entire stay and was only allowed the number used per day and they weren’t even clean. I had to purchase bathroom cleaner and a scrub brush to clean my own bathroom. The key card locked me out daily. I had to go to the front desk every day and have them fix it. This facility is currently going through a renovation but I canceled my upcoming stay and made reservations elsewhere. A dirty room is unacceptable let alone a bathroom."

"Clean room, easy access to local restaurants and shopping, and friendly staff. Only negative is breakfast is microwave to plate. Restaurant quality will improve with better food options. Most residents will remember a good breakfast. That would make a big difference here."

"This is one of the nicest and cleanest lodging facilities I have ever stayed in. It must not be that old, because it was spotless. Everything was first class about the rooms, breakfast, staff being friendly, etc. It was almost perfect.....except for one item!!! The pillows were terrible. They had zero support to them. Perhaps they have done studies that people want extrmely soft pillows, because these were almost too soft to call a pillow. It's like they had nothing in them. If you need...

"When we got there the front desk woman was not very kind. After getting to our room we learned there were no mirrors anywhere in our room making it a little difficult to get ready for our events. Over all a great stay minus no mirrors though."

"Ceiling was leaking right outside our door, carpet was soaked. No AC thermostat in our room/not working - window unit installed. Door deadbolt not functional/locks you out. Very dirty underneath pull out couch, hair in shower. Staff was very friendly though. They tried to be helpful where they could with all the above."
