The staff and service were excellent, and the location was convenient with shopping nearby. The room was comfortable and relaxing, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was of good quality, though a bit less impressive compared to another hotel we stayed at earlier on our trip. I also noticed that some guests did not show the best manners, which must be challenging for the staff to handle. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
