"Even though i had a reservation, when I arrived, there were other guests there also trying to check in. One lady kept saying that they had no rooms, no WiFi, no cable. She finally through her arms up and left. Eventually another employee came out. A man with a scrub brush in one hand a a rum bottle in the other. He said there were no rooms so I left. Other customers were on their phones, trying to get refunds. The lobby and the building were nothing like the photographs on Expedia. Fortunately I had not paid through Expedi for this booking This taught me to never prepay Expedia and to always elect to pay on arrival. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in that cesspool."
