"Our stay at Somerset Lakeside Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Mike went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake in our booking, and all his help to resolve it immediately made us feel welcome. The resort itself is truly a hidden gem, spotless, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking lakeside views.
