"Jess is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble. Mentioned I was coming for my birthday, there were balloons and a lovely welcome message, and when ordered pizza (which is so good), there was a candle. The view from the Red Suite is incredible. It is so quiet and peaceful. The suite has everything you need, real milk in the fridge, cookies and a variety of teas. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. You must try the smoothies! We will definitely be back. Thanks Jess for everything!"

"Enjoyed that I could come and go without any need to interact with anyone. Sort of like having my own personal home/mansion. Beautiful location and grounds. If I had time for a longer stay, I would have had more time to enjoy the building and its grounds. Checkout was a simple as leaving the key and locking the front door. Hope to be back again one day!! "I stayed in a cottage in Shambala Estate on a relaxed drive up to Cairns from Melbourne with my two dogs. It was simply beautiful. When I opened the door it smelt great, there was soft music playing and it looked gorgeous. My stay was relaxed and comfortable in a beautiful and clean room. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"We had such a great time here - we didn’t want to leave lol.. Big4 Gold Coast holiday park was very clean. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Great kitchen and the shower - love the shower! The mornings were so beautiful and warm enough for a walk or dip in the warm pools / waterslides they have - we loved this! The laundry room was really handy. The washing machine had an automatic detergent dispenser, which was great. Staff were helpful and customer service came with smiles :)...
