"Absolutely loved our Caravan stay. This was a major highlight of our 3 week trip. "There was a problem with our booking. We booked and paid on 31st December and after a 5 hour drive to the hotel with a baby and a dog didn't want to hear that I hadn't booked and that there were no rooms available. "The location was superb, room fantastic view however the hotel inside needs some tlc. The carpet inside the lift was worn, the dining room ceiling was patched up; in my room the tiles surrounding the bath needed re grouting, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away in the corners and the furniture in my bedroom was shabby and required revarnishing and the paintwork in my room needed touching up and the window frames needed cleaning. "The Nook was exceptionally clean and everything looked as if it were never used before. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and a smart tv in room meant I could relax and watch a movie. It was only 15 minute walk to town. The place itself was a bit hard to find. Google maps were sending me close but I eventually had to ask a local where Alexander road was."

"Lovely couple of days. Staff are so friendly and attentive. The location is amazing, fantastic views and right on the coast path. Spa facilities, although small were perfect for us after a very long walk. Great food, dinner and breakfast were both of excellent quality and very tasty.
