"Getting to the apartment initally was a bit of a trek. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station but only 6 minutes to the bus. It was a great place away from the main city to explore and enjoy fukuoka. "This is a great place for a budget stay! The standard bedroom felt a little tiny even as a solo traveler, so I would recommend going for the double if you are traveling as a duo or feel you need more space. The Japanese breakfast is very much what it says on the card—if you're a foreigner and can't read hiragana/katakana, you might not recognize much beyond eggs/rice/pastries. The front desk staff were very receptive and kind! All in all I very much enjoyed my stay, especially with Tojinmachi...

"The hotel is really new! They provide all amenities needed to make the stay a comfortable one. For the rate it charges, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised! Tenjin area has many good restaurants which are within walking distance. However, if you are going to sign up for tours, Hakata may be a better choice as the pick up place is often at Hakata."

"Nice apartments that have been upgraded into a hotel. Kitchen was nice and had a full fridge. In room laundry was also a nice bonus. Amenities inside your room were great. Google maps said there was no train station close but it was a 6 min walk north following the train lines. Can pretty much go anywhere in Fukuoka there."
