"清潔で真新しい、でもとても和の雰囲気を残した宿。自炊可。ベッドは広く寝心地よい。なによりもスタッフの感じのよいこと、よく地元のことを知っていて情報提供を惜しまないことは、ホテルの見本にしたいくらい。しかもとても交通が便利。彫刻の森から数分。彫刻の森駅から7分程度。強羅駅に徒歩15分程度。 バスにも近く、強風でロープウェイが停止したとくに唯一使える大涌谷行き伊豆箱根バスの二の平入口バスまで徒歩10分(バス停そばにコンビニ有り)。宿代適正でもう一度使いたい。 唯一の問題点はというとお湯の出る洗面台の蛇口が限られること。もちろんシャワーは大丈夫だが、寒い時期にお湯が出ないのは辛い。台所はお湯が出る。"

"○良かった点 ・スタッフの対応はとても丁寧だった。 ・一泊二食付きのプランだったが、食事は満足出来る質と量だった。 ・食事処には自販機や売店で購入した飲み物を持ち込むスタイルだったが、売店の品揃えが良かった（地元ワイナリーの各種ワインや地酒等が冷蔵ケースに入れられていた） ・大浴場が広くてきれい、泉質も良かった。 ●残念だった点 ・部屋がビジネスホテルのようだった。 　（狭くて設備も必要最低限しかない） ・部屋の壁が薄い。 　（部屋の扉も薄いので、二つ隣の部屋の声まで聞こえる） ・一部マナーの悪い客がいた。 　（壁の薄さも相まって、よく眠れなかった） ・総評 料理と温泉が良かったですが、設備の古さが目立ち少しマイナスでした。 また近くに行くことがあれば選択肢には入るかな、といったところ。 寝付きが悪い人は耳栓必須です。"

"As a first time experience at an Onsen, it sure was a treat. A very nice and cozy place, with a helpful staff and great amenities. A bit hard to find at first (a single door at the end of a parking lot), but once you find your way it is a great little place for relaxation and Onsen baths. Great hotel nice view
"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. Additionally, there is a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants nearby the property."
