"Più che un ostello un hotel vero e proprio con tutti i servizi annessi. La nostra camera era spaziosa (considerando il Giappone) e con servizi. Onsen molto bello, inoltre è una struttura tattoo friendly! Colazione ottima, abbiamo anche cenato, cena ok. Posizione strategica ad 1 minuto (tramite sottopasso con una 15ina di gradini) dalla stazione di Gora."

"Very clear instructions by emails after booking. Effective communication by English via email or face to face. Very helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness in common area. Walking distance to both train stations and has bus stop in front of the hostel. Has hot water, coffee & tea supplies & clear instructions on cooking ramen by microwave oven. Could be better if there is a pantry for simple cooking with an individual sink. Will return to this hostel when revisiting Mt. Fuji area again "

"Clean and affordable. Kids loved the lofted bed and having a small private bathroom. The hostel is in a quiet neighborhood, but a very quick 3 min walk to Oishi Park and the lake. The parking lot was actually at the Oishi Park and we liked seeing the park before and after the crowds. It felt easy to park with the lot attendants."

"This place is fantastic! The staff is super friendly, the food and drink on site is very good quality and extremely reasonably priced. Best of all, Onsen is so relaxing and wonderful. My family (including girls 10 and 12) loved our stay here. I’m not sure why this is called a hostel, that does a complete disservice to how incredible this place is. "Great Hostel. Nice common room for travelers to meet up and talk. Rooms were clean and the view from the roof was amazing. Great view to Mt. Fuji "

"I had an absolutely amazing time at Nasubi. The hostel is about a 12 min walk from Fuji station and quite easy to get to. I stayed in a mixed dorm for 3 nights. The beds was SUPER comfortable and cozy, had plenty of privacy, and were very clean. There was also sufficient space for everyone's bags in one corner. The rest of the common areas (fully usable kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, lounging area) were very clean and cozy but spacious. There are a lot of card games, books, drawing pads, video...

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "
