"Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again."

"The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. "

However, they did provide rooms (single) the first night. No discount was offered. One other negative, the 2nd common bathroom didnt have hot water."

"I have spent my life working and living in 5 star hotels worldwide. The Copenhagen room is perhaps the most dynamic, as in the perfect Hollywood romance movie setting. i have ever experienced. From a custom 4 poster bed that could easily sleep 4, which sits viewing the Volcano sitting in the middle of the lake. Its a setting one would never forget. The staff is outstanding, extremely well trained, and truly dedicated to their guests needs. I didn't find a single staff member who i wouldn't have...

"Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back."

"Staff are good and accomodating. Parking is extra and paid another 400 pesos separately that is not mentioned upon booking. Room is smelly, no toilet tissue, must bring your own. Also, there electrical cords/wirings are visible and it has some safety concerns. Overall, all of these gaps must be mentioned upon booking so I can choose the right living space. Be transparent."
