"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner.
