"Room was pretty small. Very loud where our room was, doors slamming people running, wall thin you can hear the other rooms. Thought it would be better. Had to move to a different hotel."

"The pool was very nice. Nice seating etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Tiki Bar at the Deep was very great, very comfortable. Food was ok. Not much of a restaurant sort of all blended into one for lunch and dinner. My room was on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. It smelled really musty. Bad. There was an overturned, belly up copper colored bug about 2 inches long, with a lot of legs overturned near bathroom. Ugh. There was an outside area. Which was great to have being on the ground floor with 2 lounge chairs. The location was excellent with being right on the beach!"

"Absolute gem of a beachfront bargain. Booked last minute and was initially nervous about the self check-in (no front desk after 5pm), but it was incredibly easy and the customer care team was responsive and reassuring. Staff was friendly, valet-only parking caught me slightly off guard (I must’ve missed that on the listing), they were great and overall very worth it. The pool is great, the beach is stunning, and the rooms are modern, clean, and have amazing views. The entire hotel feels fresh and well-kept. Highly recommend. Best value for a hidden beachfront spot. I’ll definitely be back."

"Very dirty. It looked like the bathroom ceiling had water damage and was going to cave in. The blow dryer almost started on fire when I turned it on, it started smoking. I would never stay here again. "

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, the smell was unbearable. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere. Definitely not worth the money"
