"The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great."

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect for me and my husband. It was located on the Riverwalk but it wasn’t in a crowded area. The hotel and surrounding area were very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good! The only complaint is the bathroom(toilet and shower) is very tight."

"Beware on charges, we couldnt find close parking space so we had to do valet parking for 182 dollars for 36 hours, they charged 25 dollars 2 times for service then you find you can use it for drinks if you dont use them you loose them, we wanted to use it the 2 day our check out day they didnt alliw it, pool was dirty like black grease all around, and chairs with this black mud as well, nice hotel, but also i found a cockroach in my room."

"This location had a pipe burst right before our stay and at check in, we were put on the 4th floor where it smelled like mildew or mold. We were moved to the 3rd floor but there was no air in the hallway so they had really loud fans on all night and day. The room door was hard to close all the way and the lock was very hard to use. "The hotel was pretty good. Did find some things left behind, including trash, by previous people. It was inside the coffee table and couch. The worst thing about stay was the very loud tejano music playing until 1am. I'm pretty sure it was from the beer garden place just behind the hotel. I don't know how that's aloud for a mostly outdoor establishment to play loud music until that late."

Very dangerous when traveling with small kids since the hotel is on a curb and you have to cross the street for the overflow parking. Also rooms are not being kept up on maintenance. Restaurants are all throughout, including breakfast/brunch and 2 restaurants, plenty of places to get a drink onsite as well as across the street on the river walk. There is a larger than “normal”deposit required for your stay, depending on the amount of days you stay. If it’s for a weekend it’s not bad, but think of $100-$150/night. "The room was clean and neat. The location was 30 min walk from downtown so that is a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to San Antonio."
