"I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. "A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met."

"My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"
