"The exterior of the hotel was very beautiful, and the lobby was well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the room and overall service did not meet my expectations. Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find that it was not properly cleaned. The towels had visible stains, and the room was dusty, which made me feel uncomfortable and itchy during my stay.
