"Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade” This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms. The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. "First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning. This room was exactly what we expected. We were staying for month, so needed good room. Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground. Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5...

"I wouldn’t describe the bed as a bed but more like a table. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. We double layered a blanket so sleep on and slept without a blanket on because of how hard the bed was. Upon checkout, I received a text asking if we saw a large jacket in the room, this seemed like an odd message to receive which just add on to the confusion of the staff and how unorganized they are.
