"Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was."

"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"I have been a Bonvoy member for years and this was booked as a work trip. This was my first time at The Renaissance Andi expected so much more!!! Normally when I walk into a Marriott room the TV is on, the lights are on and the room is cool. I walked into a dark, hot room that smelled like wet dog! The bathroom was not clean and the sink had sand caked in it. The comforter on the bed was lumpy-just disappointed! I tried ordering room service Thursday night, Friday morning and Friday night-no one...

"Overall, the property was good value for the price. It was clean and maintained. The breakfast had lots of choices. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. I disliked the fact that I initially had to cut the stay short by one day due to a flight issue. I received a $99 refund for the night reduction. Later in the week my flight changed again. I asked to book the extra day back and then the hotel wanted to charge me $180 for the night. Keep in mind, there were 6 empty rooms...
