"Very clean! This is a well maintained and managed hotel, the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the pool. Also it was convenient to have a breakfast buffet each morning! We stayed for a week and we were happy! One thing I didn't like was the room safe being on the floor, I couldn't use it because of that!"

"We had two King rooms and they were so small but at least they were clean. In the shower, the water is way too soft and smells like sewer. Hotel hallways and the common bathrooms downstairs were not clean. Breakfast was what is to be expected. Elevators are extremely slow for such a small hotel. No microwave or coffee makers in the rooms. No complimentary water bottles upon check-in but there is a filtered water bottle filling station downstairs near the lobby. "The front desk staff (Malissa & Seren) & Manager Rose are very accommodating, considerate & kind. Generally, they (including the cleaning staff) are quick to respond to the client’s request. The hotel is what I expected it to be. I love the room’s layout, huge fridge & its well-equipped kitchen. And most of all, it’s dog-friendly. I am definitely coming back very soon."

"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."
