"The staff were great. There is a pool but they don’t provide towels for the pool. The bathroom towels had a hole in them and the beds were uncomfortable. Good for a one night stay while travelling onto another destination."

"It was located so close to the Fatima shrine area. We found the whole hotel to be extremely peaceful, and it even has a chapel in it. The complementary breakfast was robust and so delicious. Would definitely stay here again."

"Would not recommend. Our AC didn't work. Wifi did not work in the room. We could never get hot water in the shower. Many of the breakfast options were stale. The gift shop was never open during our stay. There were very few guests, yet they put as at the far end of the hallway. There were not even cold drinks or ice available until after 4pm. There are many other hotel options nearby, so I would select something different next time."

Free parking was a major plus and they had secured garage parking. Love the breakfast buffet. Close to the sanctuary. Would love to stay here again if I'm in Fatima. "

"I came with my parents, 86 and 84 year. My father had limited mobility and we were able to have an electric scooter delivered to the hotel. They were very accomodating when we arrived and my father was able to rest in his wonderfully air conditioned room. He was happy that he had a comfortable bed and cool room for siesta and sleeping. "Fantastic Hotel! We stopped by Fatima and the staff was great, rooms super clean, the best location walking distance from the Main Basilica, adorable! Highly recommended. Staff was very nice and helpful, they called a Cab for us, gave us directions, they removed all the hassle!"
