"This lovely hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms were beautiful and large, the staff was so accommodating and provided assistance with every detail. There is a chapel on the lower floor where our group had daily mass with the priest that led our family pilgrimage. The area is easily walkable and close to Fatima. Don’t miss the hologram museum, which is so close by! "

Accompanied breakfast was plentiful, so much so that I felt guilty that we didn’t eat everything they brought us - I hope they have a way to either donate to the few homeless or somehow repurpose the food. Rooms were clean and modern. Light switches in the room took getting acquainted with, probably because we are Americans. Loved they use refillable...

"I had the whole property to myself as I stayed on a weekday night! It was kinda scary as I was the only guest and it’s a big room and property. It’s very clean and comfortable. However, the lights went off shortly after I went into the shower room. As I’m not tall, the sensor can’t detect my moving arms so I ended up showering in the dark. I would recommend staying here when it’s slightly busy. "

"What a beautiful property and the spa circuit is wonderful from the steam room, cold plunge bucket, dry sauna to the indoor heated pool & Turkish bath. The rooms are lovely and the staff are so attentive. Breakfast was wonderful as well including omelettes made on request. Great location. The morning fog/mist rose up above the monastery, lovely. They have a conference room that can seat 100 people and I would definitely consider hosting an event there. 10/10 highly recommend. "
