"The location was great, walked, safety , it would have been nice the leave our stuff there early so we can explore the town. They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this! "

"The room had a sea view, was really clean, beds were comfortable, we had fresh towels every day and had everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and efficient, the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would highly recommend Hotel Oceano, it will be where we stay next time we go to Nazaré. Thank you"
