"The staff here are great-so friendly and helpful right from parking the car to leaving. The room was outdated but clean and the bed was comfy. Absolutely wouldnt hesitate to stay here again"
"It's a cosy and convenient place for visit to Brunel. Stay only no food options though there are walkable places. Make sure you call them if you are reaching late, they will come and check you in"
"The room was tidy and cleaned daily but I had to chase for the code to get in and was never given the code for the kitchen even after requested. The info on booking stated breakfast and a welcome drink would be provided which it was not."
"It was very bad experience bathroom, bed room not cleaned and also bed bugs in the rooms we couldn’t sleep all night and left the property early in the morning we booked the hotel for four days but just because of conditions we left early."

"The hotel was lovely, the room was lovely modern and clean. We stayed one night. We had food in bar which was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces behind hotel. An excellent overnight stay before our flight "
"We had a free upgrade on arrival which was a lovely treat after a long drive from Cornwall! Room was excellent as well as the customer service, will definitely be back! Thank you!"
"Excellent option for a hotel only a few minutes from Heathrow. The rooms and bathrooms were big and clean, staff was friendly, common areas modern and clean. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the food looked amazing. Great value for the price!"
"Wonderful service! My room was upgrade upon arrival and they even let me stay an extra hour since I got back super late before checkout and needed the time to sleep. Beautiful place, clean, spacious and the bus stops are no more than a 3-10 minute walk depending on where you’re going. My only complaint was (and this could be a cultural difference) was someone came into my room twice on the day of checkout hours before I was supposed to check out. Her reason was, “I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on.” But I would think you wouldn’t start entering rooms until checkout at the very least. Didn’t spoil the service of the entire stay. Just make sure to have that button pressed so your sleep isn’t disturbed. "
"We as a family travelled from Paisley Scotland to go to a gig at Wembley Stadium. We arrived and was helped by the amazing staff. Fully explained check in and gave us the keys to the room. The room was lovely and cool as it had an ac unit it. Everything that could have been needed was supplied. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and even a safe. And even supplied a kettle and beverages. The only thing was the bath had a few tiny marks in the bottom but nothing that would stop the use. Overall really happy with the quality of the room. Free parking is an absolute bonus. We are in the sports bar restaurant. Food was good albeit a wee bit pricey but there were options. Would happily book again if coming back to London. "
