Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
As you arrived at the hotel everything smelt lovely. The service ar the front desk was excellent, in fact all the staff were helpful and courteous. Hotel was spotless, room spacious and breakfast excellent.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us.
