"The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. "This hotel had the best AC of the 5 hotels we stayed at on our trip. They also had a ton of hooks to hang items on in addition to the typical closet hangers. The breakfast was fantastic. Ebikes were able to be parked and charged in the lobby overnight."

"We arrived at the hotel and everything looked fine at first—until we entered our room. Instead of proper beds, we found a broken air mattress and a small bent metal folding bed. The air conditioning wasn’t working either. The owner insisted that this room was an “upgrade.” After we complained, he moved us to another room, but that one didn’t even have a private bathroom or shower, which was not what we had booked. "I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. "The room was beautiful, great view of the lake. Plenty of space and very clean. Bed was comfy and all bedding excellent. The bag to take swimming with towels in was very useful. If i was going to fault anything the towels were not of a high standard in the room very thin."
