"Two nights using the hotel as a base to visit Nova Gorica and Bled. Breakfast buffet was extensive - continental choices plus scrambled eggs and British sausage. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The dining room staff sometimes does double duty at registration desk. Lots of tourist information. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk and train station is a couple of minutes longer."

"The hotel is extremely clean and has been built to a very high standard throughout the rooms and public areas including the outdoor seating area, Reception and the restaurant. There is free private car park for up to approx 10 cars, including an EV charging bay. Very friendly staff, who speak perfect English, who were all very helpful. "We stayed in the Home Away From Home for 2 nights as a couple. Communication with the landlord before our arrival was perfect, although the lady who was expecting us onsite to give us the key sopke almost no English. The place is exactly as shown on pictures, absolutely clean, kitched well equipped for basic meal preparation. The house is in a quiet area and have a nice balcony to relax and have meals there. I can highly recommend the place."
