Also, free breakfast is confusing, staff tried arguing with us whether we have free breakfast or not. They take your room #, but they no idea if your breakfast is free or not. Had to show them Expedia reservation several times. Also, additionally confusing is a separate venue for free breakfast. If you order from that venue, then breakfast is not free. "The room was a joke! It was too small for two people. I could touch both walls without fully extending my arms. The bed was hard and I had to climb over my husband to get in and out of it. The shower was small and there were no washcloths offered. Don’t waste money on the breakfast as it was very limited and the coffee was terrible coffee. Staff was ok but sometimes difficult to find. "We were welcomed with a glass of champagne or rose. Our room was comfortable and delightfully decorated, including thoughtful and useful items like an umbrella and tote bag. We ordered a quick dinner in Cafe Riggs. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Staff was attentive and very friendly."
