"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This motel is horrible and I would not recommend anyone stay here. They gave us a dirty room at first, one of the beds looked like someone had just gotten out of it. Then the second room was barely cleaned. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. We were too afraid to sleep under the covers. And the final straw was the roach my husband had to kill before we left. We slept with the lights on, booked a better hotel at 4 am, paid EXTRA for the early check-in at Holiday...

"I didn’t like the distance from the airport and the hotel not providing shuttle to the customers and was lied about having one come to find out they provide it to the ones for boat cruises Only…..What’s That About” Some staff members was polite, in the eating area and the assistant cleaning the rooms."

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit"

"This hotel was very nice and very affordable. Just like a 15 minute walk from the Quarter. The indoor pool/spa was a great feature. It was a rainy weekend when we were there and they put out a bunch of umbrellas for guests to grab, which was a very nice feature. Only downside...the key cards and readers do not work well. They are temperamental. We got locked out of the room a couple times. So keep your ID on you when you leave the room, and make sure that your wife/husband/partner is listed on...

"Great location if you're going to the Riverwalk, but be aware it's noisy. We were on the 5th floor and heard airplanes, fog horns, and the elevator all night both nights. As I have discovered now at all Hilton Garden Inns, the beds are hard and crazy uncomfortable. The hallway on our floor and the elevator consistently smelled of marijuana. Also the only hotel parking is valet at $50 a night...we parked in a garage up the street for $30 per night. In the future I'll spend a little more money for...
