"My kids and I loved the stay! The pool was great and very big. The breakfast was also good we loved the pancake maker but the pancakes were on the doughy side but still edible. The only problem I had there was that the shower didn’t drain. "

"Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. "

"Parking is three blocks away. Room absolutely disgusting! Broken glass on floor, hair in shower and on sheets, food particles on rug and floor in bedroom. Called for housekeeping to clean room was offered another room twice room keys did not work. Decided to go stay at Hyatt in Bethleham. Do not stay here!!! "

"Everything was great except that the pool was "under maintenance" for our full weekend stay. Kids were excited to swim during our trip. It was quite the coincidence that the pool was re-opened the morning we checked out. We did not see any people "maintenancing" the pool our entire stay, as our room had full view of the pool. Very disappointing. If one of the highlighted amenities is unavailable, I think patrons should be notified ahead of time to make other accommodations for stay as the pool...

"I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderfully historic inn with sparkling clean rooms, linens, bathrooms, and all the amenities you really need - plus a $10 discoun coupon for breakfast at a nearby establishment! The live music cut off promptly at 11, so not a bother!"

"I stayed at this property June of 2023 and just this past weekend, March 2026 and it was a steep down grade. The hotel is not being kept up-hallway rugs are dirty. My bathroom floor was VERY sticky - my slippers were sticking to the floor. Most likely staying somewhere else when I return to Bethlehem. "

"I’m disgusted with this property. My business partner and I stayed here for few nights and we experienced an awful cockroach issue in our bathroom and kitchen sink area. I’m terrified of bugs especially cockroaches . Please have them clean their rooms more frequently and use high end products and get an exterminator for bugs and cockroaches. Never again will I experience something like this that is preventable Never did I get my deposits back yet. Do your paperwork please guys. Nasty...
