At the front desk could not have been more kind or accommodating with baggage help (there are no elevators) and gave us great suggestions of where to visit. Beds were vert comfortable and the toiletry supplies were adequate, on the third floor the self serve coffee and tea set up with an Acroplis view was welcome!"
