"Buyer beware!! The so called refundable reservation of this hotel has a nonrefundable date that is 2 weeks before check in date! My ferry was cancelled due to bad weather and was therefore unable to make it ti Milos. This hotel however not only did not express any sympathy for the unfortunate circumstance but actually go out of their way to take advantages of the customer by taking 100% of the payment for the entire stay! Stay away from this hotel which has no regards for customer service nor courtesy whatsoever! There are simply many other better choices of hotels available in Milos that actually care about you as a customer"

"The room had a beautiful view of the harbor but was quiet enough to get away from the town! The town is about a 20 minute walk away from any shops however. Room was very clean and had an amazing balcony"

"Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly!
Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch!
And the breakfast was the most amazing!

"Everyone at this beautiful resort was amazing. Joy and her crew made us feel at home from the time we walked through the door. We’re not the type of travelers that expect to be doted on, but I have to admit- we loved it! It was hard to leave with the knowledge that someone else was staying in “our” room. That’s how comfortable we felt there. The location was incredible and the views almost unreal. We highly recommend the Milos Sea Resort and hope to return soon."
