"very nice location! stayed here solo traveling for 4 nights! i booked a private room and it was perfect! was a little dusty on the floor and could of used a proper wipe down but i would stay here again!!!!"

"Perfect location if you need to stay near a tube station tons of shops unfortunately was a bit let down by the stay because when I checked in the bed that was assigned to me clearly still had not been turned over was given another bed and had left for the evening and when I returned someone was occupying it. So since it was late and no staff around I took one of the other beds that weren't turned over yet but empty to be able to sleep. The mattress needs to be swapped out as there is no cushion...

"The reception staff not very friendly, only one male staff that we met when we checked out is friendly. The room is clean, but one of the comforter we used are smelly, kept me thinking did they replaced them for all new customer? The cleanliness of the shared bathroom is acceptable but the toilet is dirty occasionally depends on the user and some cannot flush properly. The fridge in the room is a plus point.
