The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels. "I really have to say that the grounds on the resort are beautiful. It is a very large resort and therefore sometimes if you are too tired from activities during the day, you might want to use their transport service. Sometimes it doesn’t come around often. We stayed in the adult only section, El Beso. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are very prompt and attentive to your needs.
