"Went to check in but no hostess was available for 45 mins after check in. Room was not very clean and one chair had a ton of stains on it. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay once at 5pm and 2am."

"Honestly best hotel I have ever stayed in! The smell in the lobby was so refreshing. The rooms were beyond clean, not even a little bit of dust in sight! I would 1000% stay again if I came back to NYC. And Times Square is right around the corner. You can see the red stairs from the front door of the hotel"

"I was only there for one night for the Knicks parade, but it was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and spacious. I had the superior room with the sofa bed and it came in handy. The staff was really really nice very accommodating especially with how hectic all the check-ins were. I would definitely stay there again"

"10/10 hotel! The staff were so accommodating and helping us get checked in and holding onto our bags so we could go explore before check in time and even after we checked out. The whole hotel smells clean and looks newly renovated. Our room was a corner king room and it had the most amazing view of nyc and trinity church. Also it was so convenient having the subway stop right across the street. I would absolutely stay there every single time I come back to to city!"
