"Staff was friendly and helpful, clean facility, great location, key cards worked, complimentary coffee and croissant next door very pleasant. Great shower and water pressure.
Only complaints: no in room coffee machine, fridge was an extra charge, amenities fees doubled from one to two hundred after our reservation and we had no closet, one hanger, no drawers, no suitcase stands for a six day stay.
Room was small, but that’s NYC."

"The hotel is close to the subway station and Times Square. The room was clean and decently sized (you can’t expect big rooms in NYC). However, I feel like staying at this hotel wasn’t worth the lofty prices they charged. There were hidden fees upon arrival.
