"Great location, great staff, clean rooms. We got one of the windowless rooms, which wasn't as terrible as it sounds. The room is decorated with lots of mirrors and a way to change the lighting easily, so it is well lit enough that it felt bigger than it was. That said, they are very small rooms. We had two bags and had to close them, because otherwise we couldn't get to the bed. But, it was just two of us and the location and other amenities were good enough that it didn't matter. "Lots of shops nearby and walking distance to notting hill, Kensington gardens. Our room was more spacious than I thought! Comfy beds and friendly front desk. They helped up book a taxi. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and had an elevator! "
