"From the moment we were created at the door by Anthony to the pleasant farewell from Bami, the stay was exceptional. The beds are incredibly comfortable and gave us both the best nights sleep we’ve had in a while! The tea making facilities were good and the refill stations around the lift areas were excellent for topping up your water bottle before heading out! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with lovely powerful showers. The location of the hotel is also perfect for the theatres in the area and for visiting Covent Garden. Would definitely recommend. Not the cheapest place to stay but worth every penny!"
