"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again."

"We will check in at 10:00 p.m. they give us a room we went there, it's already been occupied. Then we went to front desk they gave us another room at third floor it's also occupied. Finally we wait for the room to cleaned. Hallway an the room full of stinky smell. No toilet paper in washroom. Washroom light switch has loose connection, we left the light on for all night. Very uncomfortable stay"

"Not fancy. This place needs a facelift. Carpet molding falling off the wall. The kitchen needs some work so it looks nice. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Tile was full of gunk. Great location near HWY 70. Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it. Going down hill a little at a time."
