I'm in a crisis of a situation and so I had to stay from this past Thursday to today. Not only did I obviously put my RSVP on your website and I read it carefully nowhere did it say I had to put $100 deposit down for incidentals. A situation occurred to where I went to the front office at 3:34 exactly a.m. to talk to the gentleman explain my situation and I was hoping to extend my stay for another day. Not only was he highly arrogant and refuse to give a crap on what's going on or maybe work with me on some sort of couple dollars off due to the fact that I literally spent every time I had for this incidental charge but also he told me tha t the incidental charge for at least 20 days and then told me that he had to charge me another $100 incidentals charge when I asked him why when I'm not moving from room to room nor it's barely not even 24 hours later when I would have to check out. He got very rude with me and so I said okay I hope you're going back to my room I'll be out of here by 11:00. Fast forward to this morning he called the room to let me know check out what at 11:00 I said I know I'm currently in the shower everything is packed let me just get dressed and I'll be out of here. Literally by 11:05 he bangs on the door he says You must check out now and I said give me a minute or two please because I am getting dressed and ensuring I am not forgetting anything. He then says open the door right now and so I rush in just a towel. Im out of characters. Plzcallme4125542326
