"C'était notre 2ème séjour en 1 an. Site exceptionnel, extérieur très agréable pour y passer un bon moment en pleine nature avec la piscine vue sur le lac. Dans notre chambre, nous avons pu constater que les WC et salle d'eau de la chambre ont été rénovée avec une robinetterie à neuf très fonctionnelle (douche). En revanche l'état des sols (moquettes) est toujours très vétuste et mériterait d'être rapidement remplacé. La literie est basse et trop ferme, impossible, pour nous, d'y dormir plus...

"The hotel is extremely well located within the historic centre of Laon. We have stayed there on four separate occasions as we travel through France to or from the Channel Tunnel. The hotel itself is full of historic interest with a somewhat quirky charm. There is ample free parking within easy walking distance and a good choice of restaurants all within a hundred yards of the hotel door. We will be returning there soon."

"Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning. To some the hotel may feel dated, but out group of 8 loved the sense of history the hotel...

"Love this place, can't get enough of it. Came with my daughter on way to the Alps. Perfect location. Every time I stay here I get wonderful treatment from all the staff. "Accueil très sympathique de la part du gérant, établissement simple mais très fonctionnel et propre, literie confortable (seule la douche mériterait d'être un peu plus grande dans la chambre que j'avais mais qui était une chambre simple).
