"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...

"Séjour plus que correct ! Les services proposés au sein de l’hôtel, que ce soit le restaurant ou l’espace piscine/spa, sont vraiment de qualité et respectent parfaitement le calme annoncé. J'ai été très agréablement surpris par le restaurant qui était excellent : je recommande notamment le buffet à volonté, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner du matin qui s'est révélé très copieux ! "The room was very small and a squeeze to get into the bathroom door but the bed was comftable, the shower was great, it was all very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was spot on (we came via Eurostar station) which was 10 mins walk"
