"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. Very quite and peaceful. -Great Views from the property. -We got a 10 mins massage complimentary which was great. -We also got a complimentary glassbottom boat tour and that was great too....

The food, room, amenities, activities were all incredible but the star of the show are the staff that were so courteous, kind and professional. Special shout out to Diksha, Thierry, Saif and Dhiraj!
