"I loved how eco conscious the property was, refillable toiletries, water stations and paper straws only! The beach was lovely, staff at boat house really helpful. "I invited my daughter - who was getting married, to have breakfast. I had arranged the breakfast plan at check-in. They treated her as an intruder and somebody who was trespassing when she arrived. It ruined her special day. These people are poorly trained and lacks professionalism. They recognized that they messed and offered me a free day at the hotel. I AM NOT THAT CHEAP.
