"The Hotel is located inside the shopping mall that close after 9 pm. In order to access the hotel you need to find an small key pad located on one of the 4 doors of the mall. If you arrive before 9 pm you can have time to "practice " the access key pad code. If not, sorry for you!!!"

"The place was nice and large. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths! We loved that part. I think the # of towels for the time there and having to buy extra towels was a bit over the top. We had to change to a different room b/c our room had a funky odor and they were accommodating to get us to a higher floor by the next day. My son was having an allergy to the smell sadly. "It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. "Front desk people were really nice. The room was nice. Breakfast was not included , it would have been $16 euros per person. They charged $2 euros for luggage storage.
