"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy"

"The place is definitely beautiful, but the staff is awful. We waited on the counter for 25 minutes and nobody was around. The room did not have a remote control for the TV and you could not call from the phone to the front desk It was and Neil sticking out of the carpet that my wife stepped right in it. We put a table on top of it and told the staff when we checked out. Breakfast is the cheapest plastic silverware with paper plate Absolutely terrible"

"Terrible stay. Would not come back. Everything was fine until we arrived and were told the hotel Wi-Fi was down. We stayed for three days, and the Wi-Fi was still not working by the end of the trip. That meant no reliable internet the entire stay, and since my phone only had one or two bars in the room, I could barely stream anything or use my phone properly either. On top of that, the key cards were extremely temperamental. I had to get my room keys redone four different times. Staff...

"Do not make a reservation at this hotel. We had to immediately check out as my wife's allergies went into high gear upon entering the room. The bathroom had a mold/mildew smell (allergy trigger). The common area follow was sticky. Bed linens were not cleaned, the bed was just remade."

"Nice, open/therapeutic location. Very Nice rooms and beds! Good overall breakfast offerings. Only drawback is not enough elevators for the 6 floors and number of rooms! Only 2 at opposite ends of long hallway."

The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly...
