Breakfast was lovely, good coffee lots of options for English or continental breakfast lovers equally. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was delicious. Good sized pool which again was a bit basic HOWEVER the spa was surprisingly nice! 2 different steam rooms, 2 different dry saunas, an ice...

"Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head."

"Too many emails with rules and high safety deposit (not advertised earlier on). High expectation from pictures but in reality lacks cleaning and care. The street is dodgy, too dark and quiet and a bit far from city centre (20 min walk). Good price for Manchester though."
