"After a very lengthy research on hotels, we decided to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. This is a very beautiful hotel in a very central convenient location. Hotel itself is beautiful but it is the staff that made our stay exceptional. Front desk staff are amazing , from the time we checked in and checked out, they took very good care of us. They helped us with all our questions and provided multiple recommendations. Definitely recommend this place when you are in Lisbon 10/10. "

"The service provided by the restaurant and bar staff was exceptional. The food was incredible, so fresh. Breakfast should not be missed and please get an omelette. We had dinner or dessert every night in the restaurant because it was so good. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Even though the hotel is in the city, it was extremely quiet."

"Beautiful hotel with a surprise feature. They have access to the rooftop bar on the hotel next to them. Make sure you go up there one evening to watch the sunset over the city. There now is a subway line that goes by the hotel that can affect some of the rooms. If you are a light sleeper, request a room that isn’t affected. I consider myself a light sleeper and didn’t have any problems sleeping with occasional subway noise, but others may. The staff are very helpful with directions and...

Room was great for a the large group of us, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the pullout couch. That being said, a large group on the top floor posed a bit of a challenge with the 2 person elevator. "Castle Inn was a quaint, clean & charming apartment in the center of the old Castle area. We felt like we were living like a local even though it is a popular tourist destination. It is very central to everything. The owners were always quick to respond & were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. "
