"Stayed for 6 nights 11-16 September 2025. Overall extremely pleased. Excellent location in Malsaform, right on the bay. Had a bay view room on 4th floor. Cleaned daily, all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and do the job. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice."

"What an excellent choice and fantastic value for what is on offer and definitely compared to similar price range. I particularly commend the reception staff/front desk hotel manager, who went beyond the call of duty to ensure they were helpful and exceeded my expectations. "Had an enjoyable stay. AC stopped working 4 days before departure and host claimed she was unable to get it fixed, so that was incredibly uncomfortable in temperatures of about 35°, but other than that was ok. Pool could have been cleaner as it was turning greem towards the end of the stay. "

"Crossed over from Malta for a three-day break in January and found Downtown Hotel very convenient, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast and internet were excellent, the room was spacious and clean and there was ample parking outside. We'll stay there again next time."
