"The pool was terrible, the water was green and was it apparent that the water has not been cleaned in awhile. This was a huge let down because I was traveling with children. Other than that the staff were friendly, the food was good and the rooms were clean."

"we got what we paid for. the hotel claims to be smoke free but it feels like it had been smoked in for decades before implementing that rule. the carpet had a sticky film that was unpleasant to walk on. the chair, desk, and mirror were all stained. the tv stand was pulled away from the wall when we arrived and i had to move it back myself. the room had a large window into the hallway as if it were on a balcony - but the hallway was entirely indoors. paying extra for parking is pretty tacky, just...

"Our stay was very nice other than only 1 out of 2 elevators worked and the hotel was very busy. The breakfast buffet was definitely not up to the standards of many others we have been to. The setup was very disorganized, the hot food was mislabeled and things were messy. I did love the layout of our room and the bed was very comfortable."

"I did not like the fact that the “balcony” was on the first floor and it was basically a slab of concrete with a small fence around it. It was right by the outside so anyone could break into it if they wanted to so was not comfortable with this room. The staff was very accommodating on my uncomfortable feeling with the room and got me into another one right away. The rooms were clean and the property was very nice. Location was very nice area as well. Would recommend and would stay here again."

"Not their fault but there were kids running the halls as it is close to Hershey park. I did hear the staff tell the parents they needed to calm down. I don't know if this is the norm. Other than that the hotel was clean, convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was decent."

"Booked with them 2 nights, 2nd night they say they're overbooked somehow and I will have to find somewhere else to stay. They never offered to fix their mix up. My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received."

"Our stay was very comfortable. Our room was pretty big. We stayed in the 2 double bed and sofa (with a trundle). Our room was clean, no complaints. We never made the breakfast but our stay came with breakfast. We will def stay here again."

"It's an older hotel that needs upkeep, but in general is ok and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and the parking situation is convenient."
